Finding Noah

I did some searching on the Up Faith & Family streaming service for movies that interested me. I ran across Finding Noah and decided it was a movie I wanted to check out. Finding Noah is a documentary on the history of Noah's Ark, Mount Ararat, the region, and a group that goes searching for Noah's Ark. At least they did before it was closed off by the country of Turkey. I found the region history very interesting.

The coolest part about Finding Noah is all of the different historical figures that have seen the ark over centuries. I guess since we don't have video of it in the modern day then there are still skeptics that demand to see it for themselves. Which can easily be faked. There is even a small section on one person who made a fake video of Noah's Ark. Finding Noah makes me feel bad for the Kurds. Another area the UN failed our planet. Nothing new there.

The issues families can have with Finding Noah is lack of attire, nudity, blood, and more. The nudity in Finding Noah comes from old historical pictures of people. The blood comes from a gentleman who had an accident on the mountain and fell. He dislocated his shoulder and broke his leg. It is really not that bad in Finding Noah. It would be irresponsible of me to leave those things out though.

Finding Noah touches on Christians, Jews, and Muslims and their relation to Noah's Ark. There are some controversial statements made in Finding Noah. I was a bit shocked to hear someone claim Muslims change their beliefs for whatever science tells them. That is contradictory to all of the Muslims I have met and talked to in my life. I have been to a variety of different countries as well.

The history of the searches for Noah's Ark in Finding Noah are very fascinating to me. As well as all of the historical accounts from very honest people that they have seen and some have been inside the Ark. I also found it fascinating all of the different cultures around the world with a story about the world being flooded. There certainly is plenty of science that proves that.
