Godzilla vs. Kong

I am very thankful I had the money to purchase a DVD copy of Godzilla vs. Kong. This is one of the movies that was purchased during early Black Friday shopping as we began our march to Christmas. Noah was really interested in seeing this movie. We get the rebooted Godzilla taking on the rebooted Kong. There can only be one giant monster. There are parts of Godzilla vs. Kong that still make little to no sense to me. I also know there was some controversy surrounding this movie.

SPOILER ALERT! Godzilla wins every single fight against Kong in Godzilla vs. Kong. There is one small start to a fight that could be called a draw at best since both monsters went down. They did however come back after one another and the victor was always Godzilla. With the tail, laser breath, and teeth Godzilla has the definite advantage. What can Kong do? He can wield an axe and use sign language. Kong can use punches and kicks but it is never enough.

The first fight between Godzilla and Kong in Godzilla vs. Kong is in the ocean. Kong is not suited for that environment in any way shape or form. It is even worse since he starts the fight chained to a giant ship. I am not sure why the humans even bothered trying to attack Godzilla in Godzilla vs. Kong. It never went well for them in any way, shape or form. There is a surprise character that makes an appearance in Godzilla vs. Kong.

SPOILER ALERT! Mecha Godzilla is the strongest monster in Godzilla vs. Kong. It takes both Godzilla and Kong to take him out. To be fair Godzilla had left Kong for dead so neither was at full strength when they took on Mecha Godzilla. Still it was impressive how easily Mecha Godzilla trashed Godzilla in Godzilla vs. Kong. Humans had to save Kong from dying in Godzilla vs. Kong.

The issues families will have with Godzilla vs. Kong is blood, gore, death, violence, bad language, and more. Godzilla vs. Kong teaches us there is an entirely different world inside our planet. The Hollow Earth belief is taught as fact in Godzilla vs. Kong. SPOILER ALERT! At the end both Kong and Godzilla decide to leave the other one alone. Who built those major pillars down in Hollow Earth?
