Paw Patrol The Movie
SCORE: 81
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming
was sent a retail version of Paw Patrol The Movie on Blu-ray + Digital
Code. Princess, myself and Noah watched Paw Patrol The Movie from start
to finish. Peter came down and saw a few parts here and there. Overall
everyone was impressed with this movie. Paw Patrol The Movie is based in
Adventure City. There is a lot more to see and do in Adventure City.
Humdinger is elected mayor in Adventure City and he has big plans to
make the city better.
Paw Patrol The Movie deals with some interesting issues. Chase was
abandoned in Adventure City. He has a lot of bottled up fear from
Adventure City. Going back there causes those fears to rise to the
surface. Chase freezes multiple times in Paw Patrol The Movie. He even
gets benched by Rider at one point since he is not performing his
duties. As I expected Chase does eventually conquer his fears in Paw
Patrol The Movie.
Liberty is a dachshund from Adventure City. She calls the Paw Patrol and
eventually gets to join them. I have no clue what her speciality is.
Liberty is pretty rude, and bossy so maybe that is it. She also
threatens humans and they just do whatever she says. I would not take
that kind of guff from such a small dog. I had small dogs attack me when
I was a teenager. They learned to stop it.
Paw Patrol The Movie is very anti-cat and pro dog. I have seen some of
the same sentiment from the television show. Mayor Humdinger is attacked
from multiple characters. The Paw Patrol even break the law and attack
the Mayor. Sadly some of Mayor Humdinger's ideas do not pan out very
well. Why is he to blame for spotty workmanship? The guy was going
really slow on the fireworks. So Mayor Humdinger went wild with it. Both
extremes are bad.
The beginning of Paw Patrol The Movie was very interesting. A truck
driver swerves to miss a turtle in the road. First off how did he even
see a little turtle? Secondly, the damage done was not worth the life of
one animal. Maple syrup is still going to cause a mess in the local
environment. Paw Patrol The Movie looks good and has some nice voice
acting. There is a bit of cartoon violence here and there in Paw Patrol
The Movie.
