Hulk (2021) #3

I am thankful we have some free months of Marvel Unlimited so I could read Hulk (2021) #3. Please be aware that there will be spoilers in this review. Bruce Banner inside the Hulk Starship meets another Bruce Banner from another world. We get the explanation of what happened this other Bruce Banner. This other Bruce Banner makes the Gamma Bomb work. The US Government takes the bomb and uses it on its enemies.

Here is where Hulk (2021) #3 gets really weird. The people that get hit with the Gamma Bomb sometimes transform into Hulk like creatures. These Abominations are ugly mutations. They are sent into the void that the Starship Hulk was in. Bruce Banner was fishing for one to try and learn from and about them. The president in this alternate world is Ross. We generally know him as General Ross in the other Hulk comic books.

The issues families will have with Hulk (2021) #3 are blood, gore, violence, and more. There is plenty of text to read in Hulk (2021) #3 since the whole thing must be explained. Hulk (2021) #3 makes me wonder where all these Hulk like creatures are going to? Where will this franchise go after Hulk (2021) #3? I guess I will need to keep reading for a bit to find out the answers to those questions.

I did a little research and see that this storyline is a six part story arc. Thankfully Marvel Unlimited has all six of these issues so I will be able to read them as long as I can get that in before our free membership expires. Marvel Unlimited has not impressed me enough to keep it after the free trial membership. Hulk (2021) #3 is getting more gross as the comic books go along.

I am a bit confused how this Starship Hulk got to this other world we learn about in Hulk (2021) #3. There is a common theme among both Bruce Banners in Hulk (2021) #3. That common theme is to attone for the evil they unleashed. As you know Hulk has done a lot of damage to a lot of people over the years. Will they ever be able to attone for their mistakes? We do not learn the answer to that question in Hulk (2021) #3.
