Inspector Gadget

I am very thankful I had the money to purchase Inspector Gadget on DVD. Noah and I had a lot of fun watching this movie. In fact Noah laughed and laughed while watching Inspector Gadget. I was worried he might find it a little bit campy since it is from 1999. Inspector Gadget hearkens back to better times when people treated one another with respect. Inspector Gadget is definitely a comedy even with its science fiction feel.

Inspector Gadget reminds me I need to go check out the original cartoon at some point. There was also a sequel to this live action Inspector Gadget. Matthew Broderick does a fantastic job with Inspector Gadget. I appreciate the efforts Rupert Everett put into the Claw character in Inspector Gadget as well. Both actors make sure to put a little tongue in cheek into their characters that actually added some fun to the movie.

I really like the Inspector Gadget song. Inspector Gadget has that song in there multiple times in multiple ways. Something about that song is just pure fun as well. If you like bonus content then there is plenty on the Inspector Gadget DVD disc. The bonus content is Go Inside Feature, Theatrical Trailer, Youngstown Music Video, and more. There are also multiple bonuses in the credits.

The issues families can have with Inspector Gadget is some mild violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, sexual innuendo and more. I am pleasantly surprised how clean Inspector Gadget is compared to so many other movies on the market. It is obvious that Inspector Gadget really like Dr Brenda Bradford. Thankfully the feeling is mutual. I won't spoil any of that.

Penny and Brain make appearances in Inspector Gadget. Both are actually helpful near the end of the movie. The talking car is a bit obnoxious. To be fair and balanced Inspector Gadget is a bit on the clueless side at the start of this movie. It takes seventy-eight minutes to watch Inspector Gadget from start to finish. We enjoyed this movie thoroughly from start to finish.
