Ralph Breaks the Internet
SCORE: 67
Ralph Breaks the Internet is a real
disappointment for me on so many different angles. Ralph Breaks the
Internet has been accused of trying to create gender confusion, and a
part of the war on men. The normal gender roles are completely reversed
in Ralph Breaks the Internet. Women are shown as heroic and men are
shown as emotional and needy. Does this backwards entertainment hope to
change our world by showing things in the exact opposite way?
The most troubling and bothersome content within Ralph Breaks the
Internet is when this supposed family friendly movie encourages kids to
play the more macabre and morbid video games. In fact Vanellope is shown
as fulfilling her dreams by playing in the macabre and morbid racing
game over her fun and family friendly video game. She is bored with a
kart racer. She wants an online open world video game where she can beat
down players.
Ralph Breaks the Internet has one of the worst cringe moments in it that
was not even needed. While Ralph is falling to his doom the Disney
princesses save him and put him in a woman’s dress. They are mostly
dressed like men. This is all kinds of wrong on so many levels. I am
still cringing now thinking about it. What is wrong with you Disney? No
wonder so many different groups are boycotting you. I see no reason to
promote such deviance and disobedience to God.
Things are perfect in Ralph Breaks the Internet until the steering wheel
to Sugar Rush is broken. The arcade gets a Wifi connection to the
Internet. Ralph and Vanellope go on a quest to buy this wheel from eBay.
They learn about the Internet and ways to make money online. Ralph makes
cool videos for a video site and makes the money that way. Vanellope
talks mean and hateful behind Ralph’s back when the communication device
is muted and Ralph cannot let them know he can hear them.
Ralph goes to the dark web in Ralph Breaks the Internet to get a virus
to slow down Slaughter Race and make it less interesting. I am still not
clear how the virus escaped the game when it was shut down and all
non-native code is deleted. The virus clones Ralph and his “insecurity”
about losing his only friend ever and spreads it all over the Internet.
The power of friendship overcomes and Vanellope gets what she wants.
Typical modern day radical far left Holly Weird content that is not
worth watching again.
