Sands of Destruction The Complete Series
SCORE: 61
I am thankful that I received Sands of Destruction The Complete
Series on DVD as a birthday present recently. Sands of Destruction The
Complete Series falls under the S.A.V.E. program. The meaning of that
acronymn is Super Amazing Value Edition. Peter likes to call these lower
quality anime. There are thirteen episodes on the two DVDs that makes up
Sands of Destruction The Complete Series. Sands of Destruction The
Complete Series us based off of a Nintendo DS video game. There will be
spoilers in this review.
The issues families will have with Sands of Destruction The Complete
Series are violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, false gods,
gambling, bad language, and more. Morte is on a mission to destroy the
world. She is part of the World Destruction Committee. She is being
chased by the World Salvation Committee. The interesting thing is Morte
and her party (Kyrie and Toppy) are constantly helping others. They do
not act like criminals trying to destroy the world. Toppy is a dwarf
bear in Sands of Destruction The Complete Series.
The world within Sands of Destruction The Complete Series is
interesting. They have all these sand seas. There are humans and beast
men. The beast men conquered the humans and rule over them in Sands of
Destruction The Complete Series. Humans are treated very poorly in Sands
of Destruction The Complete Series. They do have a rebellion group
called the Golden Lions. Morte's brother was in that group and died
trying to free humans from beast men rule.
Morte wants to destroy the world thanks to the Destruct Code. She has
this orb that can light up and thinks it is the Destruct Code. It is not
until near the end of Sands of Destruction The Complete Series that we
learn Kyrie is actually the Destruct Code. He activates and will turn
everything into sand until Morte changes her mind about destroying the
world. Then everyone can live happily together thanks to the world not
being destroyed.
Toppy is really annoying when he talks in Sands of Destruction The
Complete Series. He ends every single sentence with kuma (it means bear
in Japanese). He is a hero that gets dragged into this entire affair.
There are a few bonus features included on the Sands of Destruction The
Complete Series discs. There are trailers, textless songs, and
interviews with the Japanese cast. Sands of Destruction The Complete
Series is on the short side. The concept of this show is interesting but
the characters are never that believable.
