Transformers King Grimlock #2
SCORE: 67
I have gone from this is pretty cool to ugh in the span of just a
couple of issues. Transformers King Grimlock #2 throws in some
interesting things and some confusing things. Please be aware there will
be spoilers in this review. There is no recap in Transformers King
Grimlock #2 which is a bit odd in my opinion. We pick up where the last
issue left off. Enemies are waiting to attack Grimlock. The enemies work
for the Golden One. Their leader pays the ultimate price for failure.
The Golden One melts him to ashes.
The Golden One is not a fan of the Red Wizard and is happy for Grimlock
to destroy this Red Wizard for him. In fact the Golden One believes
Grimlock is ultimately fighting for him. The Red Wizard in Transformers
King Grimlock #2 is a necromancer. Grimlock sees the dead things after
dismembering them and calls them Wood-Bots. Everything has to be some
kind of a bot to Grimlock I suppose. Although he does understand humans
and bugs. He thinks both of them are on the weak side. Compared to him
they are of course.
Arko saves Grimlock when he gets swallowed by Ridge Worm. They cannot go
out the same way they came in if you know what I mean. Arko destroys all
of this vines that are holding Grimlock down. There is a fair amount of
violent content within Transformers King Grimlock #2. Arko is angry and
is a nice companion for Grimlock actually. Arko is also on the impatient
side within Transformers King Grimlock #2. She wants to learn strength
from Grimlock. How do you learn being a giant metallic robot that turns
into a T-Rex?
Grimlock fights to save a village in Transformers King Grimlock #2. Arko
gets mad at Grimlock because he refused to help her father. Grimlock
does fight for that village. It ultimately makes little sense. I am a
bit confused as to where Grimlock is going. When and where will he
decide to fight in the future. Who will Grimlock fight after
Transformers King Grimlock #2? I think he may go after the Red Wizard.
Will he decide to fight off the Golden One at some point? It might
depend on who attacks Grimlock in the first place.
Transformers King Grimlock #2 contains twenty-four pages of content,
then the cover for next month, alternate cover art, a bio on Arko and
some advertisements. Transformers King Grimlock #2 costs $4.99.
Transformers King Grimlock #2 is more confusing me after only two
issues. I am not a fan of the necromancer and those who evil concept. I
am currently on the fence how many more issues I want to read in this
comic book series.
