Alice in Borderland Season 2
SCORE: 38
I just finished watching Alice in Borderland Season 2. There are
eight episodes but many of the episodes are over an hour. The storyline
continues as a small band of people are trying to clear these games and
find out what this is all about. They must clear the face card games and
those are like beating boss levels. The first one the group this show
follows runs into is the King of Spades. He has body armor on and just
starts murdering everyone he sees with numerous weapons.
There will be spoilers in this review. One of the main questions within
Alice in Borderland Season 2 is - why do you want to live? Why do you
want to return to your world? Players at the end are given a choice to
become citizens of the game world or to decline citizenship. Viewers
learn in Alice in Borderland Season 2 that citizens are the bosses that
are killing off players. Keep playing until you die or reject the entire
concept is the real choice there.
Arisu and Usagi are the main characters within Alice in Borderland
Season 2. They also wind up falling in love in Alice in Borderland
Season 2. Chishiya is a favorite character of mine in Alice in
Borderland Season 2. He reasons out why people are doing things and even
puts his life in the hands of one of the bosses. He lives through it and
the boss decides to lose the game and thus lose his life.
The issues families will have with Alice in Borderland Season 2 are
violence, blood, nudity, enticement to lust, bad language, sex outside
of marriage, rape attempt, and more. Alice in Borderland Season 2 really
steps things up in Stage Two. Which world is better? For me our world is
way better than the game world in Alice in Borderland Season 2. I am not
constantly facing death in our world.
The final episode of Alice in Borderland Season 2 throws all kinds of
swerves at the player. There are different theories thrown out about
what is really going on. Alice in Borderland Season 2 makes viewers
believe certain things are true for a little bit. Then something slips
in that shatters that reality. A meteroite crashed down and killed quite
a few people. The ones that survived were on the verge of death. Some
got to choose if they want to live or not.
At the end of the day the heroes decide they want to live and they want
to do something better with their lives. In a lot of ways this is really
encouraging especially after we see what choices they made before. The
end of Alice in Borderland Season 2 was much better than I expected. It
does not save Alice in Borderland Season 2 from all of the previous bad
content though.
