Batman Fortress #6

It is a good day. It is a great day. It is a fantastic day. I am so blessed to have the money to purchase a copy of the Batman Fortress #6 comic book. I am also blessed with the resources to read and review Batman Fortress #6. This comic book is starting to get interesting. Although the storyline in Batman Fortress #6 feels like it has been used before. I will get into that a bit later in this review. There will be spoilers in this review.

Batman and his team work their way into the Fortress of Solitude on the bottom of the ocean. They start losing a person every single trap they run into. Aqualad gets wrapped up thanks to a giant ice monster. Lex Luthor's power suit loses its hydraulics thanks to a giant and heavy door. The Green Lantern loses his power ring charge crossing over a giant chasm that will drop them into the Phantom Zone if they fall in.

The team does work together getting over the chasm. There is one problem though. They use the archers rope and it breaks right before Batman makes it to the end. In fact Batman Fortress #6 ends with Batman falling. I suspect he will use his grappling hook to save himself since he is close enough to go across. It just dawned on me that he could have grappled someone over one at a time. That should have worked.

The issues families could have with Batman Fortress #6 is violence. There is some violence with the ice guard in Batman Fortress #6. The Green Lantern dropped a giant green weight on him after everyone else failed to stop him. Ads can be found throughout the Batman Fortress #6 comic book. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Batman Fortress #6. There is also an interview with Marc Silvestri in Batman Fortress #6. He worked on another Batman comic book series.

Losing a man or losing their power after every single trap is something I know I have seen and/or read in the past. Certain characters even comment on being a man down after each trap. It is easy to see how Superman could easily go through these with ease. I wonder where the aliens are that are attacking Earth. They are not shown in Batman Fortress #6 at all. I will have to see if I can find the last two comics in this series.
