Darkwing Duck #7

Darkwing Duck #7 is the quintessental Darkwing Duck kind of story. Darkwing Duck and Launchpad go into town to see the Hall of Heroes. There will be spoilers in this review. Darkwing Duck thinks this museum is going to be all about him. They get there and Darkwing Duck is required to purchase a ticket. This is the first insult against DW in this comic book. There will be plenty more of them coming up.

As Darkwing Duck goes through exhibit after exhibit he is getting more annoyed that he cannot find anything about him. Darkwing Duck is the main super hero in this town after all. Why is there nothing about him? That is until Darkwing Duck finds the exhibit on the Justice Ducks. The insults keep rolling in as DW completely disagrees with the video on the origins of the Justice Ducks in Darkwing Duck #7.

Things get even worse for Darkwing Duck in Darkwing Duck #7. His exhibit is the fourth one. The description near his status is: "Power and Abilities: No Real Powers, Relies on Gadgets, Nice Cape, Has an Excellent Sidekick." Neptunia is the last statue in the exhibit in Darkwing Duck #7. As Neptunia and Darkwing Duck debate the past an alarm goes off in the museum in Darkwing Duck #7. Someone is robbing the place.

We find out later that the most important item stolen is Launchpad's compass. This disturbs Launchpad greatly. Darkwing Duck and Neptunia had the unknown bad guy but their bickering and competing cost them the collar. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Darkwing Duck #7. After the content is one of the front covers to next month, some advertisements, and finally the cover gallery.

There is a bit of violent content within Darkwing Duck #7. The well known DW humor is in Darkwing Duck #7. I find myself feeling bad for Darkwing Duck. He has done so much good, and helped so many characters. He gets abused pretty badly in Darkwing Duck #7. Will the rest of the Justice Ducks get called in after this issue? I do not know. I will need to keep reading to find out. Darkwing Duck #7 focused more on the humor and less on the action.
