Dr. Stone 9
SCORE: 69
By reading the manga for Dr. Stone 9 I am
now almost caught up with where I left off watching the anime. Dr. Stone
9 starts off with Chrome as a captive and working on planning his
escape. We then move onto the Kingdom of Science fighting to take over
the miracle cure cave and thus ultimately winning the war. We learn
about Hyoga the second in charge behind Tsukasa. Dr. Stone 9 has quite
the cliff hanger ending. I mean that literally and figuratively. It is
quite the shocking moment within Dr. Stone 9 too. There are plenty of
secrets revealed within Dr. Stone 9.
The issues families will have with Dr. Stone 9 are violence, blood, bad
language, lack of attire, enticement to lust, deceit, and more. The
Kingdom of Science comes up with some pretty impressive weapons in Dr.
Stone 9. The tank and dynamite are two that really stick out to me.
Those two can do some serious damage. There is of course a limit to how
much they can create in Dr. Stone 9. They do not have the industry for
war that we do.
The war in Dr. Stone 9 perplexes me. No one dies in Dr. Stone 9. What
kind of war is there without any death whatsoever? SPOILER ALERT!
Tsukasa becomes a much more sympathetic figure in Dr. Stone 9. Even as
he almost winds up winning the war. The strategy of the kingdom of
science is brilliant within Dr. Stone 9. This entire arc is almost
entirely wrapped up. Just a little bit more to go. Dr. Stone 9 teaches
an interesting lesson. It is not science or strength. It is science and
strength. That should explain where Dr. Stone 9 goes in terms of the
storyline.
Senku is shown as brilliant within Dr. Stone 9. Chrome is no slouch
either and he is started to come into his own in Dr. Stone 9. In fact
Chrome winds up saving the day thanks to his scavenging techniques. I
will continue this manga for at least one more book. I will see after
that. I have been enjoying Dr. Stone and want to know where it goes from
here.
