Gargoyles #7
SCORE: 70
I am so thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the Gargoyles
#7 comic book. I am also appreciative of having the time to read and
review Gargoyles #7. Finally I am extremely thankful to Family Friendly
Gaming Universe to listening to what I have to say. Gargoyles #7 is done
in a completely different way from the previous issues. The storylines
are continued. To be honest some of these storylines are going really
slowly. There will be spoilers in this review.
Gargoyles #7 introduces us to Demona. She looks human but turns into a
gargoyle at night. Demona casts spells to be able to spy on others. This
is how we get the storylines to continue. Goliath is in jail and meets
with his lawyer. The lawyer references some discrimination within the
human population and how difficult it will be to prove Goliath is
sentient. There is also a mystery here. We do not know who hired this
lawyer.
The two gargoyles that went out to save a crime lord stop the attack and
get home to get scolded. Heavy is the head that wears the crown in this
instance. We are also treated to some past information on some magical
keys that grant power. Demona ends Gargoyles #7 with casting a spell to
find them. She plans on using them. The whole Goliath in jail has been
dragging on for some time now. I am getting tired of never getting to
court.
The issues families will have with Gargoyles #7 are magic, spells,
violence, false gods, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more.
Gargoyles #7 has twenty-four pages of comic book content, then one of
next month's covers, advertisements and then the cover gallery. I think
I am already reading the comic books that are advertised within
Gargoyles #7. Which is fine since I know what they are about and I am
into them. They are also in a similar vein.
Gargoyles #7 makes me want to find the original cartoon and see if it is
available on DVD to purchase. Since it is Disney it may be on their
diminishing streaming service. There is some artwork in Gargoyles #7 is
not to my personal liking. The dirty noisy kind of style is used in some
places in Gargoyles #7. I guess some people are into that style. Can you
tell that I am not one of those people?
