Groot #4

There are some really exciting things about Groot #4. I will get into that in just a little bit in this review. Groot #4 starts with three pages honoring and remembering John Romita. I have seen these pages in plenty of other Marvel comic books from the same publishing month. Then we get two pages of comic book content, and then the credits/recap page. Finally we get eighteen more pages of comic book content. There are twenty pages of comic book content in Groot #4.

There will be spoilers in this review. The issues families can have with Groot #4 are violence, blood, false gods, evolution, and more. There are some environmentalist kind of beliefs thrown out in Groot #4. Advertisements can be found throughout the Groot #4 comic book. The Marvel Stormbreakers is about Federico Vincentini. He is involved in the Miles Morales comic book.

Groot gets a message out so the calvary arrives in all kinds of space ships. Agz is defeated in Groot #4. In fact Agz is defeated pretty easily when all of these space ships are able to absolutely trash the planet and take them out. This happens right during the last stand of the heroic characters.

If Captain Marvel had more power he could have cured Agz from the fungus infection that was infecting his brain. I am not sure if Agz is completely healed at the end of Groot #4 or not. I think it should be pretty easy to do if they really wanted to. I am not sure why that plot point was left out. Agz is captured in Groot #4. But he still looks infected. I thought they would cure him.

The most exciting part for me about Groot #4 is this is the last issue in this limited series. So Groot #4 ends this run. I am happy about that because I was planning on stopping very soon anyways because this Groot series was not impressing me that much. The ending of this series makes me really happy if you know what I mean. I can move on to other franchises quite happily.
