Guardians of the Galaxy #7

After the last issue of this comic book series I was leaning heavily toward dropping this comic book series from my reading list. After Guardians of the Galaxy #7 I am sure I am done. The bad news is I have one more issue of this comic book waiting in my pile. I have already removed this comic book from the purchasing list. Guardians of the Galaxy #7 is just that bad. There will be spoilers in this review.

The issues families will have with Guardians of the Galaxy #7 are blood, bad language, false gods, violence, magic, sexual deviancy and more. The blood and false gods are part of advertisements that are running through Guardians of the Galaxy #7. I have seen both of those advertisements in other Marvel comic books. Marvel is not enticing me to read them with their current ads.

These three new characters decide to go into the Grootfall area and to find the Guardians of the Galaxy. They do not believe they are dead. They find plant versions of the Guardians of the Galaxy in Grootfall in this comic book. Groot will not stop what he is doing until the task is complete. So these three leave and they decide to try and convince the major powers to stand down and not attack Grootfall.

Guardians of the Galaxy #7 claims all of these lives are not actually dead. I am not sure what they will return as if they actually ever return at all. It feels like there is an attempt to make a new Guardians of the Galaxy team. This new team does not appeal to me in any way shape or form. In fact this new team tipped the scale into not reading this comic book series going forward.

The sexual deviancy in Guardians of the Galaxy #7 is over the top, obnoxious, gross, disgusting, and in your face. This was not needed in Guardians of the Galaxy #7. It really hurts the comic, and of course Marvel. But then I have heard Marvel is extremely radical on the far left with their rebellion against God. Guardians of the Galaxy #7 is perfect evidence of this.
