Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver

I am very thankful I had the money to purchase Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver on the Gameboy Color. I had no idea what I would find when I played this hand held racing video game. The graphics are decent for the power of the hand held it happened to be on. We see the cars and tracks from a 2D side ways view. It works better than I could have expected actually. The race tracks are short in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver which helps with a hand held video game.

The music in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver annoyed me greatly. I asked some others what their opinion was and they found the music to be very grating in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver. I had to turn the volume way down because the music was giving me a headache. I am not sure why this kind of music was chosen but it does not help this hand held racing video game in any way, shape or form.

I counted four cars and three race tracks when I played Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver. The box claims there are five different cars within Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver. Maybe one is unlockable or something. The racing action in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver is actually really lame. We have all these jumps to go over in the race tracks. While we are in the air we must do tricks to go faster. The more tricks the faster you will go. It is pretty easy to crash after doing a trick as well. Which will slow you down. The only way to compete with the computer racers is to do all these tricks.

The modes within Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver are Tournament, Single Race, Two Player, Password and Options. I lost over and over again in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver. I did not really have much fun playing Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver on the Gameboy Color. I guess since there is so little content the difficulty was set pretty high. Getting third place feels okay until you realize there are only three cars racing on these tracks in Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver. This Gameboy Color game is an interesting idea that could have been implemented a little bit better. Pass on Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver unless you like losing.
