Iron Man #1

Iron Man #1 is from January 2013. I guess there was some sort of reboot at that time. Iron Man #1 is another one of those free comic books I received for spending so much money on free comic book day 2023. I did not know what to expect from Iron Man #1. In the past I read some different Iron Man comic books and knew Tony Stark went through all kinds of different sagas. There will be spoilers in this review.

What we get in Iron Man #1 is a playboy that is also responsible. Tony brought this blonde home from a bar and gets an urgent message about Extremis. Tony seems very concerned in Iron Man #1 with how other people will use certain technology. He comments about how he has kept the armor he created out of the hands of bad people for a very long time. Tony has this God complex in Iron Man #1.

The issues families will have with Iron Man #1 are violence, false gods, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more. Iron Man #1 attacks God and people of faith. Ads can be found throughout the Iron Man #1 comic book. There are twenty pages of comic book content within Iron Man #1. I will probably not continue to read this series. I would need to go back and find these comic books from over a decade ago. The story did not draw me in that much.

The art in Iron Man #1 is fantastic. I really like the style of art within Iron Man #1. Iron Man uses threats and fear tactics to scare information out of someone in Iron Man #1. I am a bit surprised he acted that way. It was not very heroic. Iron Man #1 does a good job of showing how arrogant and conceited Tony Stark is. This is something I knew from other comic books from the past as well.

Iron Man #1 shows a very flippant attitude towards sex and relationships. I am a bit dismayed that Tony Stark acts that way. Iron Man #1 shows this woman is more interested in because of his bank account. It is sad that there are women that act that way. They care more about money than the content of the character. Iron Man #1 has an Iron Manuscript near the end. I found that mildly interesting.
