Magneto #3
SCORE: 65
I am having a real difficulty learning that the X-Men comic books
from Marvel are pretty much all garbage. I give them opportunity after
opportunity and they keep flopping, and failing. Magneto #3 irritates
and annoys me on so many different levels. There are twenty pages of
comic book content within Magneto #3. Advertisements can be found all
throughout this comic book.
There will be spoilers in my review of Magneto #3. I was very curious to
see what was going to happen in Magneto #3 after the cliffhanger in the
last issue. Magneto #3 takes a complete U-turn and showed us what
happened after issue #1. We find out how IRAE Queen of Wrath was able to
turn Magneto to the dark side. Did we really need to find that out here?
That should have been done in the last issue. Or maybe half and half. I
hate going back in time for an entire issue.
The issues families can have with Magneto #3 are violence, false gods,
blood, attacks on God and more. To be clear the blood was in one of the
advertisements for another comic book. It is a What If and I am not
planning on purchasing that one. It is about What If Blade was bit by
Dracula. No thank you. Not interested in that in any way shape or form.
U think many of ya'll can feel me there.
Magneto #3 takes us into Magneto's mind. IREA makes me want to go to
IKEA. Anyways. We learn about the origin story of IREA in Magneto #3.
She helps Magneto release his rage and anger that has been caged up.
When that happens Magneto turns evil again. What I am not sure of is who
caged his rage in the first place? Did Magneto do it or Charles Xavier?
Magneto #3 is not clear on that.
At the end of Magneto #3 we are caught up to what happened at the end of
the last issue. Magneto attacks his students. I suppose Magneto and his
sisterhood of evil mutants will go on a rampage in upcoming issues. If
my research is accurate this comic book series will end after the fourth
issue. I really hope so. Magneto #3 makes me want to stop reading this
series right here and now.
