My Little Pony #17
SCORE: 77
I am mixed about what happens in My Little Pony #17. I will get into
that later in this review. I am very thankful and blessed I had the
money to purchase a copy of this comic book. My Little Pony #17 cost
$3.99 to purchase. There are twenty pages of comic book content, then
one of next month's covers, alternate covers, and then some
advertisements. There will be spoilers in this review of My Little Pony
#17. The main storyline continues.
The good in My Little Pony #17 is we have a to be continued at the end
of this comic book. The bad in My Little Pony #17 is we don't really
make it much of anywhere. The ponies figure out that the old switcheroo
was enacted. They try to hide it from the public. They contact Milkyway
to get it fixed. There is quibbling over the difference between wish and
want. Some think it is the same thing whereas others feel there is a
difference between the words.
At the end of My Little Pony #17 the two ponies that were switched
decide to try and live out the life of the other one. Most of My Little
Pony #17 was fighting what happened and trying to get it reversed
without actually coming to an understanding of how hard the life of the
other one actually is. My Little Pony #17 ends with both of them
thinking it will not be very difficult to live the life of the other
one. We know what pride leads to.
The issues families can have with My Little Pony #17 are lying,
violence, and magic. The two ponies run into a variety of things trying
to get to Milkyway. There is quite a bit of anger and frustration in My
Little Pony #17 as well. I guess My Little Pony #17 is dealing with one
of the stages of grief. There is definite denial and anger in My Little
Pony #17. I suppose acceptance will come in a future issue of this comic
book.
I am very glad there is a storyline spanning across multiple issues. My
Little Pony #17 continues the storyline that will continue into the next
issue. I just wish there had been a bit more progress. Kids may enjoy
some of the humor within My Little Pony #17. I found it to be funny
personally. Especially when the one character did not want to admit to
what they did. The sisters play the blame game in My Little Pony #17 as
well.
