Naomi The Complete Series
SCORE: 59
I am thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of Naomi The
Complete Series on DVD during our Black Friday 2022 shopping trip. I was
not sure if I wanted to watch this show or not. I was concerned it would
be hate filled racism like Black Lightning. Thankfully Naomi The
Complete Series is not as bad as Black Lightning. There are still some
elements there but not as pronounced or excessive. There will be
spoilers in this review.
Naomi The Complete Series starts out introducing us to a teenager in
high school. She is a Superman geek who runs a blog about him. In this
world Superman is just in the comic books. Until Superman appears in
Naomi’s town and shakes up her whole world. Supposedly she is super
powerful herself and Superman getting near her causes her powers to
awaken. Naomi gets more and more powerful as the season progresses.
There are thirteen episodes of content and it takes 547 minutes to watch
this show from start to finish.
Later we find out Naomi is from Earth 29. Her adoptive parents lied to
her about her origins. In fact the parents are shown as weak liars over
and over again in Naomi The Complete Series. We have an Asian Hawkman in
Naomi The Complete Series. I am not sure why the race change was needed,
except Holly Hate shows how much they hate white people.
We get on again off again romances for Naomi in this show. The issues
families can have with Naomi The Complete Series are violence, blood,
lack of attire, racism, woke climate crisis religious beliefs, sexual
deviancy, multiverse belief, and more. The woke things were thrown in
there and make zero sense. Naomi The Complete Series does show the
dangers of the brainwashing at too many of the schools. As the show
progresses more and more of her friends learn her secret.
Naomi trains on her combat skills and powers in Naomi The Complete
Series. She eventually gets hunted by Brutus from Earth 29. He is part
of the twenty-nine that got powers thanks to a comet on their planet.
Since Naomi’s parents are dead there are only twenty-seven left at most.
Two of the twenty-nine are on our planet protecting Naomi.
Naomi The Complete Series has a little charm in it. I can see why it
failed to attract an audience. Too much go woke, get broke content in
this show. The character’s logic makes no sense at times. Like why Naomi
broke up with her boyfriend the first time, or when she rejected that
other guy.
