Negaduck #2
SCORE: 72
I really hope that Negaduck turns into a limited run series. I am so
hoping that Negaduck is not an ongoing continuing series. There is
something about this series I just do not like. Negaduck #2 continues
that trend too. I am really trying to get into this series and like it.
Thus far it is not connecting with me. There will be spoilers in this
review of the comic book Negaduck #2.
The issues families can have with Negaduck #2 are violence, magic and
more. There is a funny recap on the first page in Negaduck #2. This
comic book contains twenty-two pages of comic book content, then a page
devoted to the next issue, advertisements, and finally the cover
gallery. Negaduck #2 showed me that a comic book is coming for Cruella.
They are really obsessing about these villains.
There is some humor in Negaduck #2 that may reach you, or may not.
Negaduck #2 starts us out with Negaduck in the bull head looking ship of
Taurus Bulba. Negaduck is on the way to see Morgana Macawber. The thing
is Morgana does not like Negaduck. So what is an evil duck to do that
looks just like her boyfriend. Negaduck decides to disguise himself as
Darkwing Duck. He gets caught and must fight against her pets that get
super charged in terms of size.
Morgana finally listens to Negaduck and decides to help him after she
does something for him. What does Morgana want in Negaduck #2? She wants
to take his measurements so she can make a new suit for Darkwing Duck.
Meanwhile the villains have a tracking device to the ship Negaduck
stole. They are tracking him and plan on getting that Midas Gauntlet
first. Morgana warns Negaduck about magical objects in Negaduck #2.
Right before Negaduck can reach the island he gets grabbed by a giant
squid monster in Negaduck #2. I am not sure why he was flying so low to
the rocks in Negaduck #2. It would make more sense to me at least to be
above anything that might be able to reach up and grab him. It does make
an interesting ending for Negaduck #2. The noose is tightening as other
characters are on their way to Agony Island as well.
