Overwatch New Blood #5
SCORE: 74
I am very thankful I was able to find a copy of the Overwatch New
Blood #5 comic book at our local comic book store. I am also
appreciative that I had enough money to purchase this comic book that
cost me $3.99. Overwatch New Blood #5 is the final issue of this series.
Overwatch New Blood is a five issue series that fans of Overwatch should
get into. I also find it interesting that the two people behind this
series did it from start to finish.
There will be spoilers in this review. I am so happy that Overwatch New
Blood #5 proved me wrong. You might find it odd that a reviewer and
media personality of my caliber would say something like that. Overwatch
New Blood #5 pleasantly surprised me. We meet D. VA. in Overwatch New
Blood #5. She is in Korea and part of the forces that are defending that
nation. Her superiors do not to work with Overwatch.
The team in Korea is being overrun and will need to withdraw in
Overwatch New Blood #5. Then Overwatch comes and saves the day for them.
Not only can they work with Overwatch now, but D. VA. is allowed to join
them. I did not expect Overwatch New Blood #5 to show the entire team
working together. This is what I am so happy I was wrong about. We do
not get a one shot in Overwatch New Blood #5. We get a tie in that puts
it all together in a nice package.
The issues families can have with Overwatch New Blood #5 are violence,
enticement to lust, and more. There are twenty pages of content in
Overwatch New Blood #5. Advertisements can be found throughout the
Overwatch New Blood #5 comic book. This issue felt a lot like the video
game in certain parts to me. The whole battle scene is what felt more
like the game than anything else previously in this series.
If you like to read about the people behind these comic books then
Horsepower may interest you. I like the art and designs in Overwatch New
Blood #5. I feel like the violent content in Overwatch New Blood #5 is
less than in the video game. Overwatch has a great attitude about
helping too. They ask for nothing in return. They go where they are
needed and help. I love to see concepts like that personally.
