Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures Season One
SCORE: 81
Since we got two free months of Peacock+ I decided to watch Pac-Man
and the Ghostly Adventures Season One. This season contained twenty-six
episodes that are around the twenty to twenty-two minute range in terms
of length. There is one more season after Pac-Man and the Ghostly
Adventures Season One. I never caught this television show before so it
is interesting to watch it and learn about it. There will be spoilers in
this review.
All of the yellow characters are gone in Pac-World. Pac-Man is the last
one. Pac-Man is also unclear what happened to his parents. Pac-Man goes
to school and lives in the dorms. Ghosts are considered something that
do not exist. Pac-Man accidently opens the door to the Netherworld in
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures Season One. All of these ghosts get
out and attack Pac-World. Pac-Man eats power pellets to get powers.
Pac-Man can eat ghosts pretty much whenever he wants to in Pac-Man and
the Ghostly Adventures Season One. We also get aliens late in the
season. Lord Betrayus is the major enemy that Pac-Man must deal with.
The president of Pac-World becomes friends with Pac-Man. Pinky is part
of the Ghost Pack that likes Pac-Man. Cyli is another Pac-girl that may
have an interest in Pac-Man. Spiral is a male friend of Pac-Man.
The issues families could have with Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
Season One are insults, crude humor, violence, and more. There is a
witch that casts a curse on Pac-Man in one episode. Halloween is a huge
holiday in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures Season One. No mention of
Easter or Christmas though. Pac-Man burps out the eyes of the ghosts he
eats. They then go to a regeneration chamber.
Sir Cumference is an old freedom fighter that makes all kinds of cool
inventions. The biggest issue with Sir Cumference is his forgetfulness.
Like he forgot what a button does on a certain vehicle. The team winds
up time traveling to the past. Pac-Man is constantly eating and pretty
much a bottomless pit. He will eat all of the food and leave none for
others. Expect Pac-Man related sounds and music in Pac-Man and the
Ghostly Adventures Season One.
The animation in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures Season One is
decent. The target audience is definitely kids. There are some things
kids will laugh at in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures Season One. We
adults generally groaned at those lame jokes and puns. Four ghosts that
like Pac-Man help him out quite frequently and act like spies against
their own kind. The ghosts are trying to get their bodies back.
