Red Goblin #3

I am thankful I was able to purchase, read, and review the Red Goblin #3 comic book. This series started interesting and is starting to sputter. Red Goblin #3 starts with a recap page that allows readers to understand what is going on in with this science fiction fantasy universe. Red Goblin #3 focuses mainly on Normie Osborn. He is the grandson of Norman Osborn. There will be spoilers in this review.

Normie and Rascal have an interesting conversation in Red Goblin #3. They are trying to beat all these bad guys and it is not going so well. Rascal wants to help. Normie does not want that at first. Eventually Normie allows Rascal to help for a bit. They wind up trashing the bad guys and almost killing them. Norman Osborn cries out for them to stop killing the guys. Normie gets the two of them out of there and Norman to a hospital.

Normie is obviously going through some stuff in Red Goblin #3. He seems very tormented. The front cover of the next issue looks very interesting to me. On the front cover of the next issue it shows Gold Goblin and Red Goblin fighting it out. I hope that is what is in the contents of the next issue. It also makes me wonder if Normie is ever going to reveal his identity to Norman. A fight between the two could stop any kind of revelations.

The issues families can have with Red Goblin #3 are violence, blood, and more. There are twenty pages of comic book content with advertisements found throughout the comic book. I did not count the recap page in that twenty pages of content. Red Goblin #3 looks and feels darker than the previous two comic books. I am not as big on Red Goblin #3. The mother is trying to find Normie and threatens the principal.

I do like how Normie learns that dogs are trained to be good or to be bad. I think that meant a lot to Normie in Red Goblin #3. Normie also seems to think that he is the monster. I think it was important for Normie and Rascal to have a conversation. I wish Normie would tell Rascal that he can help but no killing. Kind of like what Eddie Brock and his symbiote did at one point. I am still going to read this one a bit more.
