Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2
SCORE: 73
I am appreciative that Family Friendly Gaming was given a retail
version of Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2 on DVD. There are actually two DVDs
that come in this package. It takes 272 minutes to watch Rugrats Season
1 Volume 2 from start to finish. There will be some spoilers in this
review. There are episodes with imagination trips, and other that are
more reality based. Stu Pickles is not inventing as much as he did
before.
The CGI graphics continues to do well with and for this franchise.
Episodes fourteen through twenty-five are included in Rugrats Season 1
Volume 2. The episodes on disc one of Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2 are The
Werewoof Hunter, Traditions, Chuckie vs. the Vacuum, Gone Teddy Gone, !,
Baby, Fan-Gelica, Captain Susie, Bringing Up Daisy, Wedding Smashers,
and House Broken. Expect some of the baby humor within Rugrats Season 1
Volume 2.
The episodes on disc two of Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2 are Lucky Smudge,
Our Friend Twinkle, Rescuing Cynthia, Queen Bee, Phone Alone, Night
Crawler, Goblets and Goblins, House of Cardboard, Fluffy Moves In, Susie
the Artist, and A Horse is a Horse. Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2 talks
about lessons when things get difficult. Angelica is still pretty
selfish. She goes viral for giving cookies to the babies. She has fans
that want her to give them something. She eventually cracks under the
pressure.
The Phone Free game night is an interesting idea. Stu Pickles plays a
lot of video games in Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2. The babies falsely
identify quite a few things. The mother snoring is a dinosaur for
example. The adults play a Dungeons and Dragons kind of a game in one
episode on Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2. Luck is attributed to a smudge on
Tommy's belly in another episode. I like how the men upgraded the vacuum
cleaner.
Kids and parents play quite a few games in the episodes on the Rugrats
Season 1 Volume 2 discs. There is an episode devoted to Halloween. There
is another episode devoted to Christmas, and Hannukah. The interesting
thing is Santa and baby Jesus are shown in that episode. That is an
improvement over a lot of entertainment that ignores Mary, Joseph and
baby Jesus. I was pretty excited to see it.
Betty DeVille just focuses on her children in Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2.
That is a definite improvement from Rugrats Season 1 Volume 1. There is
some mild violent content here and there within Rugrats Season 1 Volume
2. Characters get hit with a plethora of different objects. The poor
delivery man is so mistreated in Rugrats Season 1 Volume 2. I feel bad
for him. He is just doing his job and he did bring you something. No
tips for him either.
