Sonic Universe #59

I am so loving being able to get to some of these older comic books that Peter and Noah gave to me to review. I just realized that I read these a little bit out of order. I am also not sure how much more of this storyline I have. Sonic Universe #59 is part one of four for the Shadow Fall story. There will definitely be spoilers in this review of the Sonic Universe #59 comic book.

The issues families can have in Sonic Universe #59 is violence, and more. Advertisements can be found throughout the Sonic Universe #59 comic book. The back of the front cover contains a previously section that brings the readers up to speed in terms of the storyline. We learn about Black Arms in Sonic Universe #59. These alien marauders are attacking Earth. A comet or asteroid is on its way to Earth.

Team Dark and Spider Troupe are on their way to attack this giant ship coming after them. Shadow the Hedgehog has a surprise waiting for him in Sonic Universe #59. That surprise is Eclipse the Darkling. At the very end of Sonic Universe #59 we find out that Shadow is going to turn evil in the next issue. I really hope I have that issue to read. It makes sense with the Shadow Fall name though.

Sonic Universe #59 contains some artwork from readers as well as emails or letters that were sent in from readers. Sonic Universe #59 has the feel of some of the Sonic the Hedgehog animated shows I have seen over the years. There are some interesting different characters in Sonic Universe #59. I did not realize that Shadow was a part of Dark Arms in the past.

I learned a bit about Omega thanks to Sonic Universe #59. Omega was a robot that was part of Eggman's army until he changed sides. Omega is also a member of Team Dark like Shadow and Rouge. Sonic Universe #59 contains some good art and plenty of fascinating text. The violent content is toned down in Sonic Universe #59. I am curious to see why Shadow would turn back to Dark Arms.
