Star Trek FCBD 2023
SCORE: 58
I am so excited every single comic book I get to read and review. I
work through my pile one comic book at a time. I do not stress about it.
I enjoy getting to read each and every single one of them. I had some
idea what Star Trek FCBD 2023 would be about. Or let us say I had a
suspicion. There have been ads in the Star Trek comic books concerning
Day of Blood. Although it is a bit odd since Star Trek FCBD 2023 should
have come before some other Star Trek comic book issues.
There will be spoilers in this review. Star Trek FCBD 2023 gives us ten
pages devoted to how Kahless of the Klingon empire decided to go on a
quest to defeat the powerful beings in the Star Trek universe. Then we
have ten pages of Star Trek Lower Decks. As ya'll know I am not a fan of
Star Trek Lower Decks. I have watches a few seasons of the animation and
they have been absolutely horrible.
The issues families will have with Star Trek FCBD 2023 are violence,
blood, false gods, lack of attire, enticement to lust, alcohol, and
more. The Star Trek Lower Decks ten pages attacks previous Star Trek
franchises. I still do not get why many Star Trek fans are okay with
that. I am a trekkie and it irritates me. Star Trek FCBD 2023 does not
encourage me to purchase any more Star Trek comic books than I already
planned.
I wonder if some of the content within Star Trek FCBD 2023 will be found
in other comic books. I have a strong suspicion that will happen. I ran
into that with other free comic books this year from free comic book
day. I do not have confirmation one way or the other on that at this
time though. If I review something that re-uses content then I will
mention it in that review. I will say it would not surprise me.
The betrayal by Worf's on Alexandar is crazy in Star Trek FCBD 2023. I
did not expect that. Nor did I expect Kahless to murder an unarmed man
sitting in a chair. Where is the honor in that? Star Trek FCBD 2023 asks
an interesting question. What is honor? Different cultures define honor
in different ways. That one question is the one shining gem in this pile
of coal that is called Star Trek FCBD 2023.
