Star Wars The Mandalorian #6
SCORE: 67
I continue to play catch up with a plethora of different franchises
as the time presents itself. Star Wars The Mandalorian #6 is the latest
comic book I read working on the backlog of comic books awaiting my
attention. Mando goes to meet Ran for a job. These two know each other
from doing jobs in the past. Mando is on not so good terms with the
Guild so he has to get work from less reputable sources. There will be
spoilers in this review.
The issues families will have with Star Wars The Mandalorian #6 are
violence, bad language, lies, deceit, and more. The job is to break into
a prison ship and break a prisoner free. The problem for Mando is the
other members of the team. There are no rules and no questions asked.
Mando has intelligence and honor. The other members of the team would
happily kill a guard even if it means bringing death down upon them.
The other members of the team try to mess over Mando in Star Wars The
Mandalorian #6. He turns the tables and gets them locked in a prison
cell instead. He does bring the prisoner back with him. Mando brings
something else back with him in Star Wars The Mandalorian #6. The other
thing Mando brought back is the beacon that the guard activated before
getting killed. The New Republic attack the ship with the beacon on it.
Mando timed that perfectly to get paid and leave before the attack
launched.
There are thirty pages of content in Star Wars The Mandalorian #6. There
are also advertisements found throughout Star Wars The Mandalorian #6.
The attempts to mess over other members of the team makes me think that
job does not have much longevity. Having your employer blown out of
space does not help with getting more work either. There seems to be a
short sided nature of most of the characters within Star Wars The
Mandalorian #6.
Baby Yoda is kept safe in Star Wars The Mandalorian #6. There is some
peril that baby Yoda was in during this comic book. Mando gets there
just in time to save baby Yoda. The lack of intellect in some of the
members of the same astounds me. Like the one that blew up a droid. That
would set off alarms of course. I am surprised the ship did not go into
total lock down at that point. Star Wars The Mandalorian #6 shows of
more of the past of Mando.
