Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2

I noticed something interesting about Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2. The issue is of course number two, and nothing on the front cover denotes this is the second season. That is something we did to differentiate the two seasons. The recap page references Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2 as chapter ten the passenger. This same page contains the credits. I find it interesting that inside Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2 says chapter ten.

There will be spoilers in this review. Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2 contains thirty pages of comic book content. Ads can be found throughout this comic book. One of the covers for the next issue is shown near the end of Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2. The main issues families can have with Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2 are violence, and blood. There is a reference to the force in Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2 as well.

Mando is on his way back to his ship with the armor in Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2. He gets ambushed and the raiders try and use baby Yoda against him. Mando wins the fight and keeps the young character safe and alive. Mando still needs to find other Mandalorians to try and find the Jedi. He returns to the hanger and Peli Motto has a lead that might help him. He just needs to transport a frog like lady to her husband.

There is a catch to the transportation in Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2. They cannot go to hyperlight speed because her eggs would die if that happened. So they must stay at sub light speeds which is very dangerous. Mando agrees and goes off. They get intercepted by two X-wing fighters from the New Republic. This leads to a crash landing on an icy planet. The ship takes damage and the frog lady leaves with her eggs. By the way baby Yoda enjoys eating these eggs too.

Mando eventually clears things up with the New Republic soldiers and gets off the planet. There is a fight with these spider like creatures which is where the blood comes from in Star Wars The Mandalorian Season Two #2. This comic book does a good job of passing along the information from the television show. I vaguely remember this episode. Since we are not currently paying for Disney+ I am unable to verify certain points. Maybe a DVD or Blu-ray release is coming.
