Stargirl The Lost Children #2
SCORE: 72
Things start to improve a bit in Stargirl The Lost Children #2. We
are shown the Arrow Cave as well as all these different heroes from the
1940s. How exactly is Oliver still alive from that era? Stargirl The
Lost Children #2 does not really address that. Stargirl The Lost
Children #2 does tell us that in that era bad guys had facial hair. All
of the heroes were clean shaven. A strange fact from that era.
There will be spoilers in this review. I am thankful I had the $3.99 to
purchase Stargirl The Lost Children #2 at one of our local comic book
stores. This is a limited series that will last six issues only. Emiko
and Stargirl go on a boat trip to find the island where the sidekicks
are being held. Emiko has a personal stake in this since she was
abducted as a baby. She blames her brother even though he had no idea
she was out there.
The issues families can have with Stargirl The Lost Children #2 are
violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more. The ship this
duo is on gets blown up and they must swim to the shore. What island are
they on? At the end of Stargirl The Lost Children #2 we find out it is
called Orphan Island. Their comms get jammed so they cannot call out for
help. Someone is watching them and I hope to find out who in the next
issue.
There are twenty pages of content within Stargirl The Lost Children #2.
Advertisements can be found throughout this comic book. The sand on
Orphan Island is similar to Miraclo. What is Miraclo you ask? Something
that gave Hourman super-strength. These two female heroes may be in big
trouble. An hourglass is shown in the hand of whomever is watching them
and jams their coms. Is it Hourman?
Egg robots show up to capture the two heroes in Stargirl The Lost
Children #2. One of them escapes while the other one is captured and
nested. The robot actually say they are nesting. I am not really clear
on what that is. I hope to find out in upcoming issues of this comic
book series. Stargirl The Lost Children #2 has some build, action, and
then a surprise twist ending. The next issue is supposed to introduce
The Childminder.
