The good news is I had the money to purchase a copy of Superman &
Lois The Complete Second Season on DVD. The bad news is I have now
finished watching Superman & Lois The Complete Second Season and am
writing a review. The ugly news is the female parasite in Superman &
Lois The Complete Second Season. There will be spoilers in this review
of Superman & Lois The Complete Second Season. Some of the same CW
content is found in Superman & Lois The Complete Second Season.
One of the things that irritates me about many of these CW superhero
shows is the characters promising to never lie to other characters
again. Guess what always happens in future seasons? They lie to one
another yet again. It is to protect them from something. Then late in
the season they promise to never do it again. Are the writers lazy or
have no concept of their own cannon? That theme is found in Superman &
Lois The Complete Second Season.
Clark tells Lana his major secret. Which means Sarah finds out about
Jordan's powers. We get a bizarro world in Superman & Lois The Complete
Second Season. This cult leader wants to merge the worlds. She thinks
they will be whole if they merge with their backwards versions of one
another. The bizarro Superman is killed in Superman & Lois The Complete
Second Season. Superman just barely stops the two worlds from merging.
How is not exactly explained though. Intergang should be coming up in
the next season.
The issues families can have with Superman & Lois The Complete Second
Season are lack of attire, enticement to lust, violence, blood, false
gods, sexual deviancy, gore, blood, and more. Superman & Lois The
Complete Second Season changes the well known phrase: "Truth, Justice,
and the American Way," for some radical far left highly controversial
and very divisive statement. Hollyhate can't keep anything straight for
their lives. We get references to how horrible climate change is.
The parents are still really weak in Superman & Lois The Complete Second
Season. Kyle cheated on Lana and she stays hurt even after getting
elected mayor. I thought she said she wanted him to do whatever made him
happy. Guess not. Lois tells Chrissy about Clark's secret as well. The
kids are not happy that their parents lie to keep the secret which keeps
them safe. Clark's brother Tal-Rho makes amends in Superman & Lois The
Complete Second Season.
The ending sequence where Superman goes into the sun the powers up is
pretty cool looking. The special effects are still pretty good in
Superman & Lois The Complete Second Season. Overloading the female
parasite character is something that has been done in other Superman
stories. Steel and his daughter contribute quite nicely to Superman &
Lois The Complete Second Season. Their characters are starting to grow
on me.
