Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #2
SCORE: 78
I recently finished reading the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #2 comic book. This finishes off the two part
storyline in relation to Rat King. There are some other threads being
built upon in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures
#2 which is pretty cool in my humble opinion. The Saturday morning
cartoon feel is done quite well in this comic as well. There will be
spoilers in this review.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #2 starts us
with A Channel Six Action Recap thanks to April O'Neil. The next page in
this comic book is Cast of Characters. From there Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #2 contains twenty pages of comic
book content. The next page is one of the covers for next month. Then we
get to see the alternate covers for this month, and finally some
advertisements.
The most interesting part of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #2 to me is the Krang and Shredder interaction. They
are brewing some interesting plans that I believe will be appearing in a
future issue of this comic book. Donatello is working on the zapper
device to make an electrical shock shoot out like lightning in Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #2.
Donatello and Splinter go on the hunt to find the other Turtles in
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #2. Thanks to
their communicators they can be tracked. The Rat King uses his Turtle
slaves to rock cheese stores. Yes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #2 is a bit corny at times. Then the Rat King's
master plan is to flood the underground with a river so the rats will
come up into the city.
Each of the Turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning
Adventures #2 gets zapped and returned to normal. Unfortunately the Rat
King goes all mind control to being them back. Splinter then zaps the
Rat King to take away that mental power and frees all of the Turtles at
once. The Ray King is put in jail only to have a rat bring him the keys.
It looks like Rat King will escape and may be able to control rats
again.
