Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1

I am very thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 comic book. I found out the mainline Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic books are not safe for families. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 is more like the Saturday morning cartoons. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 reminds me of the G.I. Joe A Real American Hero Saturday Morning Adventures. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 is much safer for families, especially the younger members of the family. There will be spoilers in this reviews.

I enjoyed reading through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. I hope I will be able to find more issues in this series. I am not sure if Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures will be a short one like the G.I. Joe A Real American Hero Saturday Morning Adventures was. I suspect it will be. Time will tell. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 is all about Donatello making a VR like machine where all four of the turtles can play at the same time. There is a concern that the storm will cause a problem with this machine and trap the four inside the video game. Donatello assures his brothers this will not happen.

Can you guess what happens next in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1? There is a power surge that causes the fail safe escape button to stop working. The Turtles must capture the flag from Shredder. Shredder is really fast in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. This game is being used as training after all. They are not able to patrol because the rain keeps on falling in the city. When they lose in the capture the flag they are put into mini games that must be beaten before they make their way back to try and capture the flag again. This cycle can repeat until one of them finally captures the flag.

There are references to certain kinds of video games within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. I looked up some of these video games and could not find them in our world. There are certainly kart racing video games, and building climbing games, but not the ones references within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. There are twenty pages of content, then next months cover, alternate covers, and some advertisements. Pretty standard stuff for IDW Publishing. The artwork is very bright and colorful within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1.

I enjoyed reading through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. There is some cartoon violence but the virtual characters vanish and are transported to a different and new area. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1 has some humor within it. Some of the humor is a bit on the corny side. I think kids that can read will get into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. Adults that fondly remember the show should also enjoy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #1. I hope there are more Saturday Morning Adventures after the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
