The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3
SCORE: 77
I am very thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a retail version
of The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3 on DVD. Episodes nineteen through
twenty-six are on this DVD. There are eight main episodes on the disc
menu. Most of them actually have two shorter episodes on that menu slot.
It takes one hundred and eighty minutes to watch The Smurfs Season 1
Volume 3 from start to finish. There are no other bonus features on The
Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3. There will be spoilers in this review of The
Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3.
The art style and animation is fantastic in The Smurfs Season 1 Volume
3. It looks like the recent Smurf movies. There is cartoon violence and
mischief within The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3. There is also magic and
potions within The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3. There is a cute mischievous
monkey in The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3. The controversial and highly
divisive evolution is also referenced in one episode in relation to the
monkey. There is plenty of deception within The Smurfs Season 1 Volume
3.
Gargamel and his mother are very prominent within The Smurfs Season 1
Volume 3. Gargamel is trying to show his mother that he is a talented
wizard. Gargamel's mother is pretty mean to him a lot in The Smurfs
Season 1 Volume 3. The Smurfs do whatever they need to in order to
escape Gargamel. The Reporter Smurf messes up and winds up helping
Gargamel at one point in The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3. He does use what
he learned against Gargamel and frees his fellow Smurfs. Some of the
Smurfs get captures quite often in The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3.
The most interesting episode in my opinion is when Gargamel switches
bodies with Papa Smurf. Gargamel in the village is a very interesting
thing. I am a bit baffled Gargamel could not find his way back to the
village in that episode. There is plenty of humor within The Smurfs
Season 1 Volume 3. I loved the episode teaching kids why it is bad to
lie. The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3 has plenty of good lessons for
families. Playing jokes on others is a really bad thing in The Smurfs
Season 1 Volume 3 too.
All in all I enjoyed watching The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3 from start to
finish. I am curious if The Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3 is the end of
season one or if there will be even more episodes and volumes. Three
volumes for one season is bit larger than I expected. To be fair anime
has some lengthy volumes or collections as well. One thing about The
Smurfs Season 1 Volume 3 really confuses me. Why does anyone trust Jokey
Smurf? He always gives them presents that explode. I would not trust a
present from him ever.
