Transformers #41

I am so thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the Transformers #41 comic book. I had to look online because no one locally was selling it. The storyline in this comic book is starting to get pretty good. Maybe that is why Transformers comic books are selling out. Transformers #41 picks up right where the last one stopped. The Story So Far page can bring new readers into the fold. There will be spoilers in this review.

The Decepticons are assaulting Crystal City and there in the city now. The Titan that appeared at the end of the last issue is Lodestar. She is being piloted by Lightbright. Their appearance gives the Decepticons pause in Transformers #41. Computron comes out of the Titan and this is what the Constructicons became. Computron is massive and much bigger than the Decepticons attacking. He is taking it to them in Transformers #41.

The biggest issue families can have with Transformers #41 is violence. Optimus is able to get Strika to stop the attack to listen. Optimus Prime wants a truce with the Decepticons. The reason is Cybertron is getting trashed. Whoever wins is going to the king of rubble. What is the point of fighting and destroying the planet? Insecticlones are ravaging the planet, and Exarchon is also a problem.

Megatron agrees to the terms Optimus Prime lays out in Transformers #41. He also wants to discuss his inheritance. From there Transformers #41 moves us into bots fighting off the Insecticlones. A plan is being hatched to take them out. They will need to find the center of the hive though. I am very curious to see where this storyline is going. Exarchon is referenced in Transformers #41 but not seen.

Transformers #41 has twenty pages of content, one of next month's covers, cover gallery and some advertisements. The art is good in Transformers #41. I love the decision Optimus Prime came to. They are ruining more than they are saving. How can they have a planet that no one can use? The endless fighting makes no sense. They should find some way to work together. I enjoyed Transformers #41 from start to finish.
