Transformers Rise of the Beasts
SCORE: 73
I am very appreciative that Family Friendly Gaming was given a retail
version of Transformers Rise of the Beasts on Blu-ray. The Digital
version is also included in this package. It takes one hundred and
twenty-seven minutes to watch Transformers Rise of the Beasts. You want
to watch the entire movie to catch some interesting scenes at the end. I
will not spoil that right now. There will be spoilers in this review
though.
Noah and Elena are both from New York City in the 1990s. In the bonus
content there are references to the men behind this movie being from
that era. They want to represent that time period since that is when
they grew up. The music in Transformers Rise of the Beasts also reflects
this. I only recognized one song in the entire Transformers Rise of the
Beasts movie. I personally prefer the 1980s since it did have better
music. Yeah I know that may be an unpopular opinion for some.
The issues families can have with Transformers Rise of the Beasts are
violence, bad language, false gods, blood, racism and more. Transformers
Rise of the Beasts does two really cool things I heard about from the
comic books. Transformers that are killed are repaired and brought back
to life. There are different methods this happens though. It is still
neat to see.
Unicron wants the transwarp key from the Maximals in Transformers Rise
of the Beasts. Scourge leads the Terrorcons for Unicron in Transformers
Rise of the Beasts. The thing is Unicron is the size of a planet.
Unicron also devours planets. It would be so easy for him to use this
transwarp key to get from place to place quickly. The heroes are trying
to keep the key out of his hands.
Transformers Rise of the Beasts confuses me in quite a few ways.
Previous Transformers movies happen chronologically after Transformers
Rise of the Beasts. Yet there are no mention of the Maximals. I am not
sure if this is a divergent universe or what. I am still trying to
figure out how Transformers Rise of the Beasts fits in with the other
live action Transformers movies.
There is plenty of action within Transformers Rise of the Beasts. Two
parts of the key get put together and Scourge is bringing in Unicron.
The Transformers, Maximals and humans find a way to shut it down and
stop the conduit from bringing in Unicron. The ending of Transformers
Rise of the Beasts is where things get really interesting. Noah is
invited to join G.I. Joe. So G.I. Joe is coming back at some point. It
has been long enough since The Rock killed off that franchise. Or maybe
just a G.I. Joe Transformers cross over.
I enjoyed watching the Transformers Rise of the Beasts movie. I am very
curious to see where this franchise goes in the future. I could have
done without some of the Holly hate woke content. I am curious how
Scourge got to Earth so quickly for the first part of the key. Was in
the neighborhood? There are a few really funny moments within
Transformers Rise of the Beasts too.
