X-Men Legends #3

I will admit that X-Men Legends #3 is a bit of a letdown and disappointment after the last two issues of this comic book. X-Men Legends #3 takes place right after the events of Longshot #1-6. There is a recap of what lead up to X-Men Legends #3 on the credits page. X-Men Legends #3 is all about Longshot, Mojo, and Spiral. There will be spoilers in this review of X-Men Legends #3. Wolverine and Kitty Pryde make a guest appearance within X-Men Legends #3.

There are twenty page of content within X-Men Legends #3. Ads can be found throughout this comic book. The later half of X-Men Legends #3 also contains a Bullpen Bulletins. This one did not interest me too much personally. Longshot has a luck power where things always go his way in the most improbable of ways. That does not mean he cannot be captured though. Longshot is captured and put into snuff films in X-Men Legends #3.

The issues families will have with X-Men Legends #3 are violence, blood, magic, promotion of evolution and more. The portal used to go to the Mojoverse is closed up by Dr. Strange. The villains open up another one right afterward to suck in Wolverine and Kitty Pryde. The emojis reference in X-Men Legends #3 is interesting. Mojo claims to have stolen it from the future. Not quite breaking the fourth wall.

X-Men Legends #3 ends with a to be continued. I believe the first two issues of X-Men Legends were connected. I wonder if all of these will be two part series or not. I guess I will need to keep reading to find out. Kitty goes off on a tangent with radical far left propaganda that really makes no sense in this context. I think these far left writers just look for any opportunity to throw in their attacks on morals, ethics, and the system God put in place for humanity.

Mojo is just creepy in X-Men Legends #3. I do not comprehend his obsession with murdering people on film and then selling the movies to the viewers. Mojo resists any kind of change for the better in X-Men Legends #3. Spiral gets her eye messed up in X-Men Legends #3. I hope she can get that fixed in a good way. Wolverine and Kitty are forced to fight against one another in a war. That could be an interesting confrontation.
