ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6
SCORE: 63
I was going through my pile and noticed ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 was near
the bottom. I probably put it there because I had to purchase the
previous issue from someone online. I bumped ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 up in my
pile. I was curious to read this comic since honestly I did not remember
much about where the storyline went. Our local comic book stores stopped
carrying this series. If I want to finish it then I will need to
purchase the next four issues online.
There will be spoilers in my review of ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6. I am honestly
not sure I even want to finish this storyline after the direction
ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 takes. I will get into that in just a little bit. We
are back on this moon and the monastery gets robbed again. At first the
crew of the Serenity thinks it was the Tax Collector. They notice that
the Tax Collector has also been robbed of his food. They are told about
a ship in space which is where the thieves supposedly come from.
The problem with this ship in space is it is dead in the water. So to
speak. That is really weird. The problem is some mines attached
themselves to that ship and they lost power. If there is anyone on that
ship they are stuck there. Can you guess what happens to the crew of the
Serenity? They get stuck in the mine field as well. Mines attach
themselves and they are now losing power.
The issues families can have with ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 are violence,
blood, theft, and more. There are twenty-two pages of content within
ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6. Then there are some advertisements. The Discover
Your Comic Shop page in ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 is interesting. Sadly the
state of Tennessee was not listed on that page. There are a lot of
different comic book stories in different states.
The credits can be found on the back of the front cover. We learn more
about Jayne's past in the first four pages of this comic book. Jayne's
son is also a part of the ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6 comic book. Kaylee
complains about having to make captain decisions in ALL-NEW FIREFLY #6.
She could always given control back to Malcolm Reynolds who is the man
who should actually be the captain in my opinion.
