Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania
SCORE: 65
I am very thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of Ant-Man and
the Wasp Quantumania on Blu-ray on Black Friday 2023. It recently made
it into my pick for one of the movie nights me and the boys had. There
are all kinds of stories surrounding Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania.
It was a major success, or it was a flop. From the research I performed
it looks like this movie ended up making a little bit of money. So I
would not put Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania in the flop column. It
certainly did have a major drop after the first weekend and it under
performed compared to the previous movies.
The issues families can have with Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania are
violence, blood, gore, bad language, lack of attire, enticement to lust,
and more. Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania is starting to feel like
Ant-Family to me. We have an elderly statesman who talks to ants, the
current Ant-Man, Wasp, and now Cassie who happens to be Scott Lang’s
daughter. There are some disturbing relationship discoveries in this
movie. Both Hank Pym and his wife Janet admit to cheating when they were
in different realms.
Kang the Conqueror has taken of the Quantum Realm in Ant-Man and the
Wasp Quantumania. The Ant-Family gets sucked down there thanks to Modok.
Cassie was mapping the Quantum Realm with a device that allowed them to
get sucked in. Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania promotes the multiverse
belief. Different Kang’s sent one down to the Quantum Realm. Once the
movie is done we see a lot of Kang’s grouped together.
Since the actior playing Kang got into some cancel culture trouble it is
up in the air what will happen with his character in the future. Ant-Man
and the Wasp Quantumania contains quite a bit of humor within it. The
first and ending scenes are a great example. Kang is defeated and it
looks like he might be dead. Or maybe he got shrunk even further. Modok
is horrible looking in Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania.
It took me 125 minutes to watch Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania from
start to finish. I actually enjoyed quite a bit of this movie. It was
neat to see a father trying to protect his daughter. It is great to see
Kang overthrown in Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania. I am not big on the
bad language and cheating in Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania. Both of
those could have been left out.
