Astonishing Iceman #2
SCORE: 61
If you read the review I performed of the first issue of this comic
book series then you know I was extremely shocked by the radical
redefinitions of Iceman by Marvel. Astonishing Iceman #2 continues that
shocking content. I purchase multiple comic books before reading them at
times. I decided after reading the first one that I was done with the
series. The one problem is I had already purchased Astonishing Iceman
#2.
There will be spoilers in this review. Astonishing Iceman #2 continues
its hate speech against humans and how wonderful mutants are. Iceman can
dissipate and reconstitute himself back at the ice home he lives in.
Iceman fights off some elemental robots that are honestly not much of a
threat to him. Supposedly the gas one could take him out, but
Astonishing Iceman #2 shows he can easily bottle him up.
The issues families can have with Astonishing Iceman #2 are violence,
blood, sexual deviancy, lack of attire, and more. There are twenty pages
of comic book content within Astonishing Iceman #2. Advertisements can
be found all throughout the Astonishing Iceman #2 comic book. There is
one page with a memo related to Orchis Protocols. There is another page
referencing a solution to the Iceman solution.
Astonishing Iceman #2 contains three pages of comic book content and
then two pages for the recap and credits. Astonishing Iceman #2 is part
of the fall of X. It cost me $3.99 to purchase one of the variant
editions of Astonishing Iceman #2. None of the advertisements within
Astonishing Iceman #2 interested me in the slightest. There are two
pages honoring John Romita in Astonishing Iceman #2.
Iceman saves his mother and his home town in Astonishing Iceman #2. The
people trying to get rid of Iceman find out important information and
contact a cleaner near the end of Astonishing Iceman #2. This guy is
cutting up an Inhuman he originally thought was a mutant. He wants to
know all about his potential upcoming enemies. I am now completely done
reading this series. Astonishing Iceman #2 makes me want to throw up.
