Captain America 2023 #4
SCORE: 65
I am thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the Captain
America 2023 #4 comic book. This is legacy #754. I probably need to
change the numbers to legacy at some point in the near future. Captain
America 2023 #4 cost me $4.99. I was able to find the Variant Edition
that has Captain America on the slopes with skis. The credits page
contains a recap of the series thus far.
There will be spoilers in this review. Captain America 2023 #4 starts
with the fight between Captain America and the Emissary of the demon
Asmoday. I found it interesting that Captain America was judging his
opponent while fighting him. Based on how his stance was Captain America
could tell that this guy had no previous fight training. How the shield
was caught and how he held himself were ways to gauge the power.
The issues families can have with Captain America 2023 #4 are violence,
blood, bad langage, magic, demonic possession and more. We do swap back
to 1939 for a little bit in Captain America 2023 #4. A young Steve
Rogers works really hard and winds up passing out because of all the
different illnesses he has. The Nazi's are planning to blow up a bunch
of Americans and pin it on the Jews and Communists.
We do get back to modern day in Captain America 2023 #4. Steve is in the
hospital after the fight with that demon possessed man. Captain America
is also trying to get ahold of Doctor Strange for help with this demon.
Advertisements can be found all throughout the Captain America 2023 #4
comic book. There are twenty-three pages of comic book content within
Captain America 2023 #4.
Nothing really gets resolved in Captain America 2023 #4. That demon is
still going to be coming for Captain America. The problem for the good
captain is he does not have the skills to fight off a demon. He needs
some serious help. Will that help arrive in time? I guess I need to keep
reading to find out. Thus far this comic book has not caught my interest
that much. I am trying to decide what to do after the next issue.
