Catwoman Hunted
SCORE: 59
I did not know much about Catwoman Hunted. I knew this was one of the
DC Animated Movies we had not seen before. I decided to purchase a copy
and watch it when I had some time. I picked this movie for one of our
movie nights. Honestly this one was really low on the totem pole in
terms of interest. The intro graphics in Catwoman Hunted are absolutely
horrible. Noah even commented on this issue with Catwoman Hunted.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Catwoman Hunted animated
movie. It takes seventy-nine minutes to watch Catwoman Hunted from start
to finish. There is plenty of action in this movie. In fact there are
chase scenes or fights for the majority of this flick. Black Mask is
trying to get into Leviathan. He is using the Cats Eye Emerald as his
entrance fee. Catwoman decides to steal it which complicates things.
The issues families can have with Catwoman Hunted are violence, blood,
lack of attire, enticement to lust, theft, magic, demons, sexual
deviancy, and more. We get Batwoman in Catwoman Hunted instead of
Batman. She is there to help Interpol take down Leviathan. Cheetah is
the one who looks to be in charge in Catwoman Hunted. At the end of the
movie we find out that Cheetah is not the leader but just a puppet
figurehead.
Catwoman wants this emerald because she plans on using it to save these
young women that are being bought and sold. She is trying to do a good
thing. She goes about it by doing some really bad things. Catwoman
Hunted also leads the viewer to believe that Catwoman planned the entire
movie to get what she wanted. I find that hard to believe. I find that
hard to swallow. How could she plan all of those things so perfectly?
I thought Cheetah might have been dead at the end of the Catwoman Hunted
movie. It looks like she might have been alive even though she was
impaled by multiple steel pipe looking things. I thought I might enjoy
Catwoman Hunted. After watching it I found it did not really interest or
appeal to me. Catwoman Hunted did not connect with me either. There are
two special features included on the Blu-ray version of Catwoman Hunted.
They did not appeal to me either.
