Destro #4
SCORE: 66
I am very pleased to report that things take a turn for the better in
Destro #4. Not everything is rosy in Destro #4 though. The cost of
Destro #4 was $3.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within
Destro #4. After that are two pages of letters from those that
absolutely love the Energon Universe. Then we get some pages that
preview Ultra Mega. The back cover contains the cover gallery for this
comic book.
The issues families can have with Destro #4 are lack of attire,
enticement to lust, violence, and more. There will be spoilers in my
review of this comic book. Tomax and Xamot are trying to buy Mars
Industries in Destro #4. No one has heard from Destro in awhile so he is
presumed to be dead. Darklon is the cousin of Destro in this comic book.
He is in charge of the company now.
Destro starts out in this comic book reading classified files from the
US Government. Why is Destro being given access to this information?
Destro discovers that according to this comic book the US Government has
done all of these horrible things over the years. Destro #4 sounds like
those haters in Hollyhate. If you hate this country so much why are you
financially benefiting from it?
Destro seeks out the Chameleon lady and finds out what her deal is. She
is in fear of an AI that took over a project at her company. It is
watching everyone all of the time. Destro is very interested in this. It
looks like Darklon sold Mars Industries in Destro #4. Cobra Commander
shows up at the end of Destro #4 and is welcome to the company by Tomax
and Xamot.
I believe there is one more comic book left in this series. There are so
many different takes on the classic characters in this Energon Universe.
I am honestly not very happy with them. Did Darklon know that Destro is
still alive? Was the plan all along to sell to the twins? What will they
do with all of that money? The BATS are still not working properly in
Destro #4.
