G.I. Joe A Real American Hero #302
SCORE: 57
My thoughts have gone deep and wonder how much longer I want to read
this comic book. I honestly doubt G.I. Joe A Real American Hero is going
to get much better. In fact G.I. Joe A Real American Hero #302 is the
second issue that shows Image Comics is taking it into a dark, gross,
and disgusting direction. Zombie Serpentor and Cobra troops makes little
to no sense to me. I thought Larry Hama wanted G.I. Joe A Real American
Hero to be more realistic which is why he did not initially want
Serpentor.
There will be spoilers in this review. The art in G.I. Joe A Real
American Hero #302 is ugly. The issues families can have are blood,
gore, violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more. There are
twenty pages of comic book content, then Welcome to the Pitt, Chris
Mooneyham's Sketchbook, four pages of Codename G.I. Joe Duke, and
finally a page devoted to the next issue in G.I. Joe A Real American
Hero series.
Cobra Commander is extremely intelligent in G.I. Joe A Real American
Hero #302. Cobra Commander realizes that Zombie Serpentor is going to
bring his entire army of the undead to attack Springfield. Cobra
Commander is getting Cobra ready to defend against a zombie attack. Why
is this Walking Dead G.I. Joe? What absolute buffoon thought zombies
would make G.I. Joe A Real American Hero better?
There is a funeral in G.I. Joe A Real American Hero #302 for Sean's dad.
Timber brings the new Snake Eyes a cub. I guess the new cub is there to
train. Some deal is referenced in G.I. Joe A Real American Hero #302 but
I have no idea what that actually was. If you wondered if you should
check out this G.I. Joe A Real American Hero comic book series let me
tell you it is a waste of $3.99.
The credits can be found on the back of the front cover in G.I. Joe A
Real American Hero #302. I am a bit surprised that G.I. Joe is not
paying a bit more attention to Cobra Island after leaving it. They know
a biological weapon was released. If they had half a brain they would be
watching it. Instead G.I. Joe A Real American Hero #302 gives us a
flashback of one of the Fred's.
