Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n Wiz
SCORE: 60
I tip my hat to Blaze Entertainment for trying new and different
things. I also noticed they are trying to get a good mix of indie video
games with well known hits from the past. Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n Wiz is
one of those two video game compilations done by indie developers. These
are two interesting indie titles. The downside is you are only getting
two games for the same price as other cartridges with ten or more titles
on them. Goodboy Galaxy is described as a 32-bit video game. Witch ‘n
Wiz is a eight bit video game.
The issues families can have with Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n Wiz are
violence, magic, witchcraft and more. One of these game is a puzzle
video game while the other one is a platformer. If you get stuck in the
puzzle video game you will need to seek help since there is no skip this
level and move on. There also is no having the game explain what game
play mechanic you need to figure out to pass that level. Either you
figure it out or you are stuck there forever.
Goodboy Galaxy is an interesting video game with a story that can
interest a lot of different gamers. We could around these levels and
find powerups to be able to access other parts of the level. Eventually
we find the needed parts and can move onto the next planet. There are
various quests to perform in Goodboy Galaxy. We may need to fix
something or find something for characters we run across.
Witch ‘n Wiz is the puzzle video game. We solve each level one at a
time. We must remove the blocks in the exact order to be able to
progress to the next level. Since Witch ‘n Wiz is the 8-bit video game
the graphics and sounds are not as good. There is less of a story in
Witch ‘n Wiz as well. This seems like a weird pair up on this cartridge
in my personal opinion. I think Witch ‘n Wiz wants to be like The
Adventures of Lolo in some fashion.
There is decent game play in Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n Wiz. We also get a
poster and some stickers in the cartridge of Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n
Wiz. I enjoyed my time with Goodboy Galaxy Witch ‘n Wiz. Albeit a bit on
the short side.
