Invincible Season 1

After I watched the second season of Invincible I wrote a review. I noticed I did not review the first season. So I went back and re-watched the first season and immediately discovered why I did not review the first season. Invincible Season 1 is rated eighteen and older only. Since I put the time in to watch this season I decided to go ahead and review it. This is for the adults only in the family. There will be spoilers in this review.

After I watched Invincible Season 1 I had one really important thought. That thought is: "Do you really like this?" Is this the kind of content you enjoy? Do you like all of the blood and gore? Do you like all of that bad language? I find it interesting that some worldly people say profanity is only words and then they have a long list of words they find offensive and tell everyone not to use those words. It is a completely different set of morals and ethics.

Omni-man is the big, strong super hero in Invincible Season 1. His son Mark starts to get powers and that changes everything. We do not realize at first what all that changes. For instance Omni-man goes and kills the major super hero team Guardians of the Globe. The humans over this super hero group know who did it. They just do not know why he did it in Invincible Season 1.

We learn in Invincible Season 1 that Omni-Man is a Viltrumite. They are nearly indestructible and have claimed Earth. The Earth will need to join the Viltrumite Empire. The strange thing that happens in Invincible Season 1 is Omni-Man leaves Earth after destroying everything that is thrown at him, and he even beats his own son down pretty bad. Invincible gets beaten up a lot in Invincible Season 1.

The issues families can have with Invincible Season 1 are violence, blood, bad language, promotion of sexual deviancy, lack of attire, gore, sex outside marriage, and more. There are eight episodes around the forty to fifty minute range in Invincible Season 1. There are some pretty rude and hateful heroes in Invincible Season 1. I go back to my earlier questions. Do you really enjoy this?
