Justice Ducks #3
SCORE: 80
Justice Ducks #3 is another one shot storyline. I keep hoping some
kind of continuity will happen with this series. All these one shots are
interesting, but ultimately do not make me want to stay with this
series. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Justice
Ducks #3. After the comic book content is a page devoted to the next
issue, ads, and finally the cover gallery. Justice Ducks #3 cost me
$3.99.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Justice Ducks #3 comic book.
Justice Ducks #3 does something the last issue did. The first page has
something that is used later on in the comic book. In this case there is
a news story on a piece of art in a park that was stolen. the Justice
Ducks meet and Stegmutt lets them know it is his birthday. Stegmutt
wants the team to go to the circus.
There is some violent content, and theft in Justice Ducks #3. The ring
master of the circus is actually stealing art in Justice Ducks #3. He
shrinks art and then is able to take it off planet and sell it. He can
restore the art to the normal size after he gets paid by the wealthy art
collectors in space. All of the circus people were actually hired thugs
in Justice Ducks #3.
Most of the Justice Ducks get shrunk in Justice Ducks #3 as well.
Darkwing Duck is the only one that does not get shrunk. The clowns make
their appearance in Justice Ducks #3 near the end. The clowns are
actually space cops that are able to arrest the ring master. The art
gets returned and restored in Justice Ducks #3. There is a few mistakes
made like where things get put back. The name of one piece is changed
because the Justice Ducks put it in the wrong place.
Darkwing Duck continues to get disrespected in Justice Ducks #3.
Darkwing Duck did quite a bit to solve this case and help out the team
in my personal opinion. Stegmutt also does a lot to help. Although in
Stegmutt's case it is more by accident than anything else. Gosalyn is
part of the show and gets shrunk in Justice Ducks #3. She ran away so
the others had to go and look for her.
