Marvel Super Hero Squad #5

I think Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 came from when Peter cleaned his room. This comic book was published back in May in the year of our Lord 2010. There are twenty-two pages of content within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5. The price of Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 when it was released was $2.99. I have a suspicion that Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 has gone down in price over the years. There will be spoilers in my review of this comic book.

The issues families can have with Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 are violence, false gods, magic, and more. There are three stories within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5. The three stories are Hulked Out Squadies, A Very Loki Day, and Unstung Hero. The first story is eleven pages long. The second story is six pages long. The final story within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 is five pages long. There is also a page within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 dedicated to the next issue.

The cool thing about the stories within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 is they all relate, and they are all connected. The first story is about MODOK getting Hulk to touch the Fractal and then using that to change the rest of the Squadies into dumb characters like the Hulk. MODOK missed one thing though. What happened is all of the other Squadies got big like the Hulk too. Sure they were as dumb as Hulk, but also as powerful.

The villains got defeated easily. Loki in the second story takes the Hulked out Thor to Asgard to have him make a fool of himself. Sadly for Loki it does not work. Thor changes back when it wore off and Loki sent him back to Earth. The third story has Ant-Man and Billy Hulking out, and winding up knocking out the fractal from Hulk's hand. That is how everyone changed back to normal. All three stories are intertwined which is nice to see.

Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 contains some humor within in it. I can see how and why kids would enjoy Marvel Super Hero Squad #5. Some of the advertisements within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5 are very interesting indeed. I liked seeing the video game advertisements within Marvel Super Hero Squad #5. I noticed current modern comics are really missing that. Low comic book audience may have something to do with that. These video game companies would be smarter to advertise with Family Friendly Gaming if they wanted to reach a good audience.
