Mega Man #44

It is another great day as I have the time to get to one of the comic books that was sitting in my pile. This time the comic book is Mega Man #44. This is the fourth part in a four part storyline entitled Legends of the Blue Bomber. Mega Man #44 fits under the Archie Action! umbrella. The recap for Mega Man #44 is on the credits page which is also on the back of the front cover.

There will be spoilers in this review. Mega Man must face off against the last two robot masters on his space quest in Mega Man #44. First off Mega Man battles Hardman. He defeats Hardman thanks to another skill he pick up from another robot. After Mega Man beats Hardman in Mega Man #44 he goes after Sparkman. Mega Man is able to defeat Sparkman even though this robot is mad all of his brothers were taken down.

There is some action adventure violent content within Mega Man #44. Advertisements can be found all throughout this comic book. Mega Man #44 has twenty pages of comic book content and it cost $3.99 when it was purchased. There are a couple of pages of Mega Mail within Mega Man #44 as well. I really like the page devoted to the next issue. That tells us a new four part storyline will begin.

Roll has an interesting part to play in Mega Man #44. She goes looking for Auto the robot mechanic in Mega Man #44. Roll finds Auto disassembled with all of his memory boards wiped out. Who could have done such a horrible thing? I turns out Roll asked Auto to keep tabs on Dr. Wily. In this comic book Dr. Wily has been allegedly reformed. We learn in Mega Man #44 that Dr. Wily was not reformed.

The next story arc is entitled: "The Ultimate Betrayal." It is a four part arc as well. The last page of comic book content within Mega Man #44 shows us that Dr. Wily is taking over because he thinks he is better. He is betraying his comrades and friends. I expect there will be more reasoning given in future issues of this comic book. I hope we have some of them awaiting my attention. If not I will need to look for some in the future.
