My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2
SCORE: 80
After reading the first issue of this series I was extremely excited
to get to the second issue. I will admit that My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #2 is a bit of a letdown. I will get into that in just a
little bit in this review. My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2
includes twenty pages of comic book content, then a page devoted to the
next issue, alternate covers, ads, IDW view from the back page, and
finally some more advertisements.
There will be spoilers in this review of the My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #2 comic book. The cost of this comic book is $3.99. There
is a bit of humor within My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2. There
is also some waffling back and forth in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller
Derby #2. Multiple characters feel like it is impossible to compete in
that major event after Sunny volunteers them.
Most of My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2 is all about the
practicing of this team. Honestly the team does pretty bad in most of My
Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2. They trip over themselves, cannot
catch the ball the more. It is really sad in My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #2. There are some successes in My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #2 though - they skate better in practice with music
playing.
I feel like a lot of My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2 is learning
how to do things and how to get better. At the same time they have a
very long way to go. I understand different characters getting
discouraged. Technically in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #2
these characters freak out. It feels like a yo-yo to me when one
character freaks out and says they cannot do it, and comes around and
then another character does and says the same thing.
I felt like we got little to no progress in My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #2. This issue feels like it is all about the practicing
and believing in yourself. The team just wants to get to the event and
no embarrass themselves. I would think they would need to qualify for
the event. It would be weird that anyone would make a team and just show
up to such a major event. Maybe that will be touched upon in a future
issue of this limited run series. Congrats on reaching twenty-five years
IDW.
